When Love Through the Years Were Just in VainChapter 1
My husband’s new student was a very pretty girl. All the men who had seen her are obsessed with her. But she would only be scolded by my husband. For some reason, my husband’s attitude towards her was extremely cold.
Even I can’t stand it, “Are you too harsh on Lucy?”
“I don’t need a vase here. If you can stay, stay. If you can’t stay, get out.”
Later, the laboratory exploded and he passed me and stood in front of Lucy. Blocked all the splashes. The liquid penetrated the white hexagram and penetrated his skin, but he didn’t cry out in pain.
——
I had been married to Kevin for four years and had always respected each other. Since I met Kevin, he had been a dull person. Our life was not too passionate, but the relationship was stable. Nothing had changed in the past four years.
So both of us wanted a child to try to break this cold barrier.
On the way back from the hospital, we met Lucy.
“Professor Zuckerberg.” She called out.
I looked up at the person next to me. I didn’t know if he heard her. I walked a lot faster.
"Professor Zuckerberg!"
Lucy ran over quickly, but she didn't expect Kevin to stop suddenly. The two bumped into each other. The little girl raised her head, looking very apologetic.
She covered her head and greeted me with watery eyes. "Mrs. Zuckerberg."
Lucy looked at the medicine box in my hand curiously.
"Folic acid? Mrs. Zuckerberg, you are preparing for pregnancy! You and Professor Zuckerberg have a very good relationship!"
I agreed with a smile. But I clearly felt that Kevin was not in the mood. The deep eyebrows twisted together unnaturally. He was a person who likes quietness. Every time he saw Lucy, he felt noisy.
Lucy turned around and looked at Kevin with a smile. "Professor Zuckerberg, the problem encountered in the last experiment has not been solved yet. Can you teach me?"
Kevin was still wiping his clothes with his head down. Lucy had just bumped into him there and he was a bit of a germaphobe.
"Professor Zuckerberg..." she said in a low tone.
Kevin clenched his hands tightly, wanting to say something but stopping. Finally, his throat rolled and he walked quickly into the apartment building. I watched him pull his tie and there was a false illusion of emergency escape.
"It's okay, he..." I tried to explain to Lucy.
